Well...Ok today was successful but i am getting a little sloppy with my food( not the way I eat:)
For example...
I went to Jason's Deli and had a Salad bar and I had a lot of food and most of it was healthy but there was no way for me to count the points. Im sure I went over today, but it wasnt bad. So I'm tightening up the reigns. Not more sloppy eating!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here is a low down of what I had today
bfast: Special K (3)
frozen fruit (1)
Lunch: Jason's Deli- Salad bar and Tomato Soup- I'm guessing (15 points?)
Dinner: Grilled chicken, grilled onions and peppers and salsa (5)
So I guess that adds up to be: 24 points
That isnt bad at all, I just feel like I'm slacking.
As long as I lose 2 lbs this week I am still on schedule.
BUT... hey I did get up for a 2nd morning and go work out!! Yeah for me!
