Keep on truckin Erin!

So it has been a great week! I really havent been obsessing over losing weight and just eating the correct amount of points! My energy has soared!!!!! I am so excited for mom and dad too! They have been staying on their points too! We have the weigh in tomorrow morning. I am not expecting huge changes, but I hope to lose a couple!!

Here's the menu:
bfast: granola bar (3)
lunch: progresso santa fe chicken soup (1)
apple (1)
granola bar (3)
chocolate pretzels (2)
dinner: fajitas (5) included chicken, onions, peppers, little bit of olive oil, and salsa
orange (1)
That leaves me 4 spare points!!

I will be working out starting monday:)

hooray!

Well. Arent fresh starts great!
Today has been an incredible day- To begin let me tell you my menu:)
Bfast: kashi heart healthy cereal (2)
milk (3)
Lunch: sandwich
bread (1)
turkey (2)
mustard (0)
multigrain snacks (2)
3 bites of yogurt (1)
Dinner: Chicken breast (4)
steamed brocolli (0)
grilled onions (0)
honey crisp apple (1)
Oh I had a granola bar for a snack (3)

that takes me to 19 points.
The awesome news is that my mom and dad started WW with me today!!! I am so excited to go through this journey together:)

I think I am not going to start the gym until next Monday- I like to drop some and then jump start again:)
I feel good and am proud of myself:)

Guess who's back, back again? Erin's back, tell a friend:)

Ok...I know I know. What was I thinking starting during the holidays???? BUT in saying that, I haven't gained at all. Lord knows I have not lost but I have not gained!! So now I am back and it is crunch time.
I'm sure you have totally missed reading my blog everyday:) But no worries I am here to stay and you will be hearing from me quite often:)
I will start by writing tomorrow's menu. I have found when I plan out the day before- I have little room for mistake.

Breakfast: Special K and Milk (4)
Lunch: Sandwich - bread 2 slices (1)
turkey (1)
lettuce (0)
mustard (0)
yogurt (2)
orange (1)

Dinner: Chicken Fajitas- Chicken (4)
Onions (0)
Bell Peppers (0)
Salsa (0)

Dessert: Orange (1)

That will make a total of 14 points.
I will begin the gym again on Monday...Shame on me!!

Shame on me!

Well- I dont have much to say- but I botched it up! I didnt do too bad- but I was not the way I should be. But I guess everyone else was the same because they all voted to skip this week's weigh in. I said only this time!!!!

So we are weighing in on Jan 9 next!
I'm over it BUT..... all that being said...

I did lose 3 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!

That means I have lost 10 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah baby!!!!!!!!!!!!

Weight watchers Day 13, Cleanse Day 1

Ok... So I have to admit I beat myself up a little. I still did good but I lost a little momentum. I decided to not only stick to points and exercise, but I am doing a total body cleanse. They say that gets rid of a lot of JUNK in our bodies making it easier for our body to work correctly. It is a 2 week cleanse and Im on day one. Here's the bad news... I cannot have Dairy, processed anything, caffeine, and sweets!!! If I do I wont die.. but in order for it to work and me not be sick. So that will be super for Christmas!!!!!:( Oh well I will feel better!

I meet with my personal trainer at 6 am tomorrow night.. I want to know how to get rid of my baby belly or at least make it smaller:) I also want to know the best way to lose weight quickly.
Here is today's diet:
bfast: orange (1)
lunch: Wrap (6)
orange (1)
dinner: I dont know yet- we have small group... we'll see what there is to eat. I'll probably bring some fruit just in case!

This is that point in which I would like to throw in the towel!

GRRRRR!
I lost 1 pathetic little pound!!!
I worked my little tush off this week!! But I did go a little over on points... so IT IS ON!!!!!!!!!!! I will never go over my points and I will work out every day next week! If I dont lose then, I know that there is a problem!!!!

But here is my menu for the day...
bfast; a mixture of fruit- banana (1) strawberries, grapes and orange slices (2)
3 crackers (2)
corn and rotel mixture (1)

lunch- Subway sandwich (6)
fruit (1)

Dinner- We are babysitting at the church and I need to prepare by taking dinner. They are having pizza!! Evil:)
So I have 7 points for dinner...
I will have a granola bar (3)
and orange (1)
Multi grain snacks (2)
I will have a bottle of water and save that extra point.
I am so frustrated because I worked hard and the others in the group did not and they lost 2,3, and 4 pounds!!! I dont understand!

Day 11 weightwatchers, Day 4 gym

Sorry I missed yesterday... Wednesdays are always busy and I feel like Im starting to get sick again!!!GRRR!!
Here was what I ate...
bfast: special K(4)
snack: granola bar (3)
lunch: kashi southwest chicken (4)
orange (1)
granola bar (3)
dinner: chicken nugget happy meal (9)

That makes 24 points but that is still with in my points limit:)
I am so proud of myself because I DID NOT want to go to the gym this morning. My bed was extremely warm and comfy. Not to mention, Im getting sick and it is below freezing with snow on the ground!
Have I ever mentioned how you would probably not recognize me at the gym in the morning. I lay my clothes out at night and dont even enter the bathroom! I figure, I only have to look good for one man, and he is still snoozing away when I get home!!!

lunch: Kashi chicken pomodora (5)
orange (1)
yogurt (2)
That means I have 8 points for tonight, what to eat what to eat???

Tomorrow is the 2nd weigh-in!!! Im nervous!
