Day 1...
Well I' have finally arrived at the day to begin "the change". I'm not playing games anymore. So I plan to blog in the morning and night at the beginning so that I am extra accountable:) I am fully aware that 20 points is low for my weight, but I will fill up on fruits and veggies. So lets lay it out for the day...
Bfast:
Cereal 2
2% Milk 2
Lunch:
turket sandwich at subway: wheat, turkey. lettuce, tomato, blk olives, banana peppers, s&p 6
water 0
Dinner:
grilled chicken breast 4
steamed broccoli 0
grapes 1
granola bar somewhere in the day : 3
and 2 leftover
My goal is also to drink 3 bottles of water a day.
I dont plan to go to the gym tonight because we are putting up christmas decorations. But I will begin the fun tomorrow night. Ok...
I will check in tonight to see how well I did:)
