Well- I dont have much to say- but I botched it up! I didnt do too bad- but I was not the way I should be. But I guess everyone else was the same because they all voted to skip this week's weigh in. I said only this time!!!!
So we are weighing in on Jan 9 next!
I'm over it BUT..... all that being said...
I did lose 3 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!
That means I have lost 10 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Weight watchers Day 13, Cleanse Day 1
Ok... So I have to admit I beat myself up a little. I still did good but I lost a little momentum. I decided to not only stick to points and exercise, but I am doing a total body cleanse. They say that gets rid of a lot of JUNK in our bodies making it easier for our body to work correctly. It is a 2 week cleanse and Im on day one. Here's the bad news... I cannot have Dairy, processed anything, caffeine, and sweets!!! If I do I wont die.. but in order for it to work and me not be sick. So that will be super for Christmas!!!!!:( Oh well I will feel better!
I meet with my personal trainer at 6 am tomorrow night.. I want to know how to get rid of my baby belly or at least make it smaller:) I also want to know the best way to lose weight quickly.
Here is today's diet:
bfast: orange (1)
lunch: Wrap (6)
orange (1)
dinner: I dont know yet- we have small group... we'll see what there is to eat. I'll probably bring some fruit just in case!
Talk to you tomorrow!

This is that point in which I would like to throw in the towel!
GRRRRR!
I lost 1 pathetic little pound!!!
I worked my little tush off this week!! But I did go a little over on points... so IT IS ON!!!!!!!!!!! I will never go over my points and I will work out every day next week! If I dont lose then, I know that there is a problem!!!!
But here is my menu for the day...
bfast; a mixture of fruit- banana (1) strawberries, grapes and orange slices (2)
3 crackers (2)
corn and rotel mixture (1)
lunch- Subway sandwich (6)
fruit (1)
Dinner- We are babysitting at the church and I need to prepare by taking dinner. They are having pizza!! Evil:)
So I have 7 points for dinner...
I will have a granola bar (3)
and orange (1)
Multi grain snacks (2)
I will have a bottle of water and save that extra point.
I am so frustrated because I worked hard and the others in the group did not and they lost 2,3, and 4 pounds!!! I dont understand!

Day 11 weightwatchers, Day 4 gym
Sorry I missed yesterday... Wednesdays are always busy and I feel like Im starting to get sick again!!!GRRR!!
Here was what I ate...
bfast: special K(4)
snack: granola bar (3)
lunch: kashi southwest chicken (4)
orange (1)
granola bar (3)
dinner: chicken nugget happy meal (9)
That makes 24 points but that is still with in my points limit:)
I am so proud of myself because I DID NOT want to go to the gym this morning. My bed was extremely warm and comfy. Not to mention, Im getting sick and it is below freezing with snow on the ground!
Have I ever mentioned how you would probably not recognize me at the gym in the morning. I lay my clothes out at night and dont even enter the bathroom! I figure, I only have to look good for one man, and he is still snoozing away when I get home!!!

Day 9 weight watchers, Day 2 gym:)
Well...Ok today was successful but i am getting a little sloppy with my food( not the way I eat:)
For example...
I went to Jason's Deli and had a Salad bar and I had a lot of food and most of it was healthy but there was no way for me to count the points. Im sure I went over today, but it wasnt bad. So I'm tightening up the reigns. Not more sloppy eating!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here is a low down of what I had today
bfast: Special K (3)
frozen fruit (1)
Lunch: Jason's Deli- Salad bar and Tomato Soup- I'm guessing (15 points?)
Dinner: Grilled chicken, grilled onions and peppers and salsa (5)
So I guess that adds up to be: 24 points
That isnt bad at all, I just feel like I'm slacking.
As long as I lose 2 lbs this week I am still on schedule.
BUT... hey I did get up for a 2nd morning and go work out!! Yeah for me!

Day 8 and going strong.
Well...I made an executive decision! I am going to have to work out in the morning in order to get it done. And day one at the gym...a SUCCESS! I actually got up this morning and worked out from 6-7am!!!!!
I feel so good... I was showered and dressed before my kids were awake. It was awesome!
Ok here is the plan for Day 8
bfast: Special K and Milk (4)
Clementine (1)
Lunch: Subway - Turkey sandwich (6)
Dinner: hmm.... not sure yet:) but I will have 9 points left
Note to self... be careful at potlucks. Next time I probably need to pack a meal. It is really hard to eat healthybecause of an overabundance of processed, grease-ball food!!! Alrighty then....I lost 6 pounds in 5 days!!!!
I am so excited! I can't wait to keep going!

Dinner: Chicken Salad (8)
nibbles: bite of dip, piece of almond bark (3)

Not going to worry about 2 extra!!!

Ok today I started to feel the need to munch... I did have 5 m&m's but I think that is pretty good considering:)
I splurged this am for a smoothie from Smoothie King (5)
Lunch: Kashi Southwest chicken (4)
Steamed Squash (1)
Yogurt (2)
Dinner: Vegetable Stew with beed (5)
Orange (1)
M&Ms and a bite of cornbread with butter (2)
So that brings me to the finish of another successful day in the wonderful world of weight watchers.
Tomorrow is the first weigh in. I will let you know in the morning how much I lost from Monday to Friday. Hopefully I will lose more this next week because it will be a whole week!!!

I wanted to write this afternoon to fill you in on some of my amazing daughter's famous sayings:
Keep in mind she is 2 1/2 years old.
yesterday...we were shopping at Babies R Us and I thought she has filled her little panties so I asked and I quote "I pooped in my britches" It was so funny. This is not a term I have ever used in my life! so funny.
Last night.. while I was sick on the couch, I told Addy to go get a book and she said "Sit up, mommy." I said I want to lay down, I don't feel good. She said "Mommy sit up and relax a little bit."
I know, I know... she is one of those mom's who thinks her kids are the cutest and smartest. But I know my babies are the cutest and the smartest:) Laugh it up.

sick yet still successful
yuck...I was very sick today.
not sure why but I was nauseous all day long.
I still stuck to my diet though:) obviously.
bfast: 1/2 bowl of cereal (3)
lunch: 2 pieces of cheese (4)
granola bar (3)
dinner: spaghetti (5)
yellow squash (1)
so today I had 16 points!! yeah for me!!!
not sure why but I was nauseous all day long.
I still stuck to my diet though:) obviously.

One down...too many to go.
Well I did it! I followed my meal plan to a T. But the yuckiest part of the day was when I went to the school for my weigh-in. Yikes! But that is the last time I will ever see that on the scale again.
So... I had 4 pts for bfast, 6 pts for lunch, 1 granola bar (3pts), 6 points for dinner, and an apple I shared with Addy (1 pt)
That means I had exactly 20 points!!! I also had only water all day!!
I guess we'll see what tomorrow brings
On a different note... tonight was the first time we've put up Christmas decorations as a family. Addy actually got to help this year. She got brand new Sesame street ornaments and helped daddy hang all the ornaments on the tree. She hung about 5 on the same branch:) but we left it because it made it all the more special. Most of the ornaments are on about 3 branches:)
I'm figuring out day by day how important it is to rejoice in how special God made each of my children. I know we are to lead them in the right path, but how beautiful is their unique individuality!
