So it has been a great week! I really havent been obsessing over losing weight and just eating the correct amount of points! My energy has soared!!!!! I am so excited for mom and dad too! They have been staying on their points too! We have the weigh in tomorrow morning. I am not expecting huge changes, but I hope to lose a couple!!
Here's the menu:
bfast: granola bar (3)
lunch: progresso santa fe chicken soup (1)
apple (1)
granola bar (3)
chocolate pretzels (2)
dinner: fajitas (5) included chicken, onions, peppers, little bit of olive oil, and salsa
orange (1)
That leaves me 4 spare points!!
I will be working out starting monday:)

How is WW going for you. Andy and I did it for close to 2 years (to lose baby weight) I think it is such a smart and fairly easy way of living. I hope you are doing well! Stay strong!
