Well...I made an executive decision! I am going to have to work out in the morning in order to get it done. And day one at the gym...a SUCCESS! I actually got up this morning and worked out from 6-7am!!!!!
I feel so good... I was showered and dressed before my kids were awake. It was awesome!
Ok here is the plan for Day 8
bfast: Special K and Milk (4)
Clementine (1)
Lunch: Subway - Turkey sandwich (6)
Dinner: hmm.... not sure yet:) but I will have 9 points left
Note to self... be careful at potlucks. Next time I probably need to pack a meal. It is really hard to eat healthybecause of an overabundance of processed, grease-ball food!!! I was mostly successful- but I used some of my flex points for a piece of pecan pie that calling my name. It made me feel discusting!!
